Amy Mattingly, age 89, formerly of Edmond, Oklahoma went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 13, 2021. She was the daughter of Raymond and Mary Clover Wall of Martin, Tennessee and the widow of John T. Mattingly. She was preceded in death by her siblings Robert, Dorothy, and John and grandchild Jessica.

Amy was a homemaker and known lover of anything Christmas inspired. She was active in her community and church, Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond. She was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by her many friends.

Amy met the love of her life, John T. Mattingly, at a dance hall in Memphis. They were married on March 6, 1951 and kept dancing for 63 years until his passing on July 23, 2014. Amy is survived by: her children Thomas Steven Mattingly, John Christopher Mattingly, Jill Marie McCarty (Bo), and Janel Ann Mattingly (Tiffany) her beloved six grandchildren; Molly Breitenbach (Alex), Christopher Frazier (Regan), Caroline Marshall (Jake), Steven Frazier (Tana), Austin Mattingly, Mallory Kozan (Forrest) and 2 great-grandchildren; Romy and Fiona; and her brother James Wall (Gladys), brother in law Bill Mattingly (Vicki), and sister in laws Jane Cone and Pat Mattingly.
