Angela Mychelle Green

1964 – 2025

Angela Mychelle Green passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday, March 7th, 2025. Angela was born January 26th 1964 in Smyrna, Tennessee to parents Robert & Carolyn Mueller. Angela grew up and attended school in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

She completed and received her diploma in Edmond, OK. Angela had many talents and an incredible work ethic. She worked several jobs throughout the years including transportation, custodial, & food service for Edmond public schools. Most recently, prior to retiring, Angela was the manager of several Murphy USA gas stations.

Angela met her beloved and devoted husband, Cecil, in 1987 in Murfreesboro, TN. Angela and Cecil were married the following year on September 24th, 1988 in a small ceremony at a flower shop in Oklahoma. Through all ups and downs and all seasons of life, the next 37 years were spent building a foundation of unwavering love and inspiring support of one another and those around them. Raising their four children; going on adventures, exploring together, and choosing one another every single day – Angela lived a wonderfully fulfilled life.

Angela loved many things, and most of those loves led to great collections of her favorite items. From Beanie Boo babies, wind-chimes, wolves, shot glasses, sunflowers, crosses and tea pots. Lots and lots of tea pots. Angela truly loved her beautiful things. Another love of Angela's was traveling. She felt the happiest when she could "go", a gypsy heart to her core, she wanted to see everything. Angela had a great fondness of endless camping trips, ice cold Sonic cokes, country music concerts, reading books, and scenic route drives.

Above all things, Angela loved her family and spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren. Angela's love language was gift giving. She was passionate when it came to showering her loved ones with uniquely chosen gifts, that always made you feel seen and appreciated. If she had the ability to help, Angela showed up. Angela's compassion and giving heart shined bright to all those that knew her.

Angela is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bailey and Iva Brown; Her mother, Carolyn Owen; father, Robert Mueller; and granddaughter, Rylee Jade Alvarez.

She is survived by her husband, Cecil Green; daughter, Melissa McClintock & husband, Lance; Daughter, Renee Green; Son, Matthew Green, and wife Jennifer; Daughter, Brittany Green; and Grandchildren, Arianna, Kohen, Elise, and Javen McClintock, Amber and Laylah Alvarez, Kaylee, Hunter and Skylah Green. Sisters; Sylvia Van Den Busch, Jackie Phillips, Bobbi Mueller and many beloved nieces and nephews. Forever in our memories, Angela will be missed endlessly.

In this tremendous heartache we do find comfort knowing she will live on in our daily lives, in all big and small moments, and the many shared memories embedded on our hearts. Angela is home now with her parents and she is holding her granddaughter; Rylee tight. Until we are all together again, we promise to take you with us on all our adventures.
