Angela Shannon McEntire (Sam), age 47, May 5, 1969-July 30, 2016. Sam was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to her mother, Barbara Bastin-Berglund, and her father John McEntire. Sam loved being outdoors, camping, and being with her family and friends. She loved life, and everybody who entered her life. Once she loved you, you were forever in her heart. Sam graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1987.
Sam was survived by her Mother, Barbara Berglund of Edmond, her children Geoff Brown and Samantha Brown, both of Edmond, her Fiancé Kevin Butler, her best friend Michelle Landis and husband Tim of Edmond, her sister Sunday Vincent and husband Don, her nephew Nicholas Vincent all of Edmond. Sam was preceded in death by her father John McEntire, Brother Steve McEntire, Son Christopher Brown, and her grandmothers and grandfathers.
Her viewings are on August 2, 4pm-8pm, and August 3, 5pm-8pm. Sam's Service is on Saturday, August 6 th , 10:00 a.m. at Matthews Funeral Home located at 601 N. Kelly, Edmond, Ok, 73003. Donations can be made online through a gofundme account: www.gofundme.com/2h9vxvkc
