It is with deep sadness and profound loss that we announce the sudden passing of Angie Snodgrass age 51, of Edmond, Oklahoma. She was called home to her heavenly father on February 20th, 2026.
Angie was born to Ron and Susie Lute on February 8th, 1975, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Angie was raised in the north Edmond area where she grew up playing soccer. She graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1993 and went on to the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received a degree in Physical Education and Health. She was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority and the soccer team during her time at UCO.
Angie married the love of her life Daniel Snodgrass on November 6th, 1999. Angie proudly supported Danny for 23 years as he served in the United States Airforce in Oklahoma City and San Antonio, Texas. Angie was blessed to stay home with their two girls, Trinity and Tristin, and homeschool them through high school.
Angie then went on to share her love of Jesus with others and lead in multiple prayer ministries. She then became the Prayer Coordinator for North Church in Oklahoma City which was her current position when the Lord called her home. Angie touched so many lives during her ministry and her community. She will be deeply missed as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Angie is survived by her husband Danny; their two children, Trinity and Tristin; her parents, Ron and Susie Lute; her sister Andi Phillips and her husband Stephen Phillips, her niece and nephew Seren and Rhys Phillips, and her mother and father-in-law Mary and John Snodgrass.
A public visitation with family present will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel, Edmond, Oklahoma.
A funeral service to celebrate the life of "Angie" is scheduled at 10:00am, Friday, February 27,2026 at North Church, 1601 W Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
A link will be added on Friday morning so that those of you who can't attend will be able to celebrate her life with the family live.
