Ariella Adua

d. December 21, 2023

March 31, 2016 ~ December 21, 2023

Ariella Adua, 7 years old was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was a 2nd grade student at the Washington Irving Elementary School at time she went to be with the Lord. She first started cancer treatment during the summer of 2020 and has had 2 relapses in the past 3 years.

Ariella was a beautiful daughter, superstar sister and incredible friend. She was easily loved everywhere she went to. She loved seeing people happy and always talked to her parents about the love for people.

Ariella will wake up people early in the morning with hugs and kisses. She will constantly remind her parents about wanting to give friends and family members gifts above herself. She made every holiday special, made special plans for Christmas before anyone else. Ariella's best moments was whenever the rest of the family came together in the house, she cherished those moments and always looked forward to the next gathering.

Ariella loves the Lord. She will have long worship moments at home just singing to the Lord. She will lead worship during devotions at home in the evenings. Ariella loves drawing and painting, and had the dream of being an artist when she grows up. We will always love her and cherish those beautiful moments we shared. Even though it breaks our hearts knowing that a beautiful future was cut short.

Ariella is survived by her sister Abigail, her parents Eyah and Jonas. Ariella's family will like to thank their church family at CAC Miracle City OKC and Powerline Church OKC for their love, dedication, support, and prayers. They will also like to thank the staffs at Jimmy Everest Center at The Oklahoma Children's Hospital for their service and care to our daughter.

Ariella you are Light, you are a blessing to us, we love you dearly, and we will miss you.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 19, 2024 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery Edmond, OK.
