Bennilee Bellows

1924-2014

Beenilee Bellows was born January 7, 1924 the only child of Benny and Velma Winkle, and died June 11, 2014 at the age of 90 years and 5 months. She was married to Austin W. Bellows for 63 wonderful years and he preceded her in death on June 16, 2010. To this union God gave three sons, Martin Wayne and his wife Janet of Edmond, OK, Daryl Andrew and his wife Alona of Canton, GA and Kevin Forrest and his wife Trish of Atoka, OK. In addition she was blessed with 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.

Bennilee's greatest passion was studying the Bible and passing along that knowledge to others by teaching Sunday school for many years. To know Bennilee was to know her Master, Jesus Christ, because she was always a ready witness for Him. We will miss her sweet spirit, but know she is safe in the arms of Jesus and reunited with her life partner, Austin.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Waterloo Road Baptist Church in Edmond with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City.
