Carl R (Scott) Helms ll, 54, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019, Scott was born on October 09, 1964, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma. He owned and operated 21st Century Home Health Agency for 20 years in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Scott was preceded in death by his wife, Jill R. Helms and son, Matthew G. Helms.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter; Holly G. Helms, father and mother; Carl and Patricia Helms; brothers; Jeff and Josh Helms, sisters; Dawn Baze and Korri Helms; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
Scott will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, during a graveside service on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 am.
