Carol Sue Miller

1946-2021

Born in Erick, Oklahoma to Edith and James Conway August 12, 1946, Carol Sue has lived in Edmond, Oklahoma for the past 22 years, married to her favorite person in the world, Earnest "Red" Miller since November 20, 1964.

Carol Sue was the sweetest, most caring Christian woman who prayed daily for her family and loved God with all of her heart. She attended Life Church and was active in her Life Group. She loved reading the Bible and she loved America and was a devout patriot. Two things Carol would want everyone reading this obituary to know: Everyone needs Jesus and no, she did NOT have Covid.

Sunday, March 7, 2021, Carol Sue passed away suddenly and peacefully in their 2 nd home at Lake Texoma, one of their favorite places to be, after a wonderful time with family and friends. She is reunited in heaven with their daughter Teresa Dawn, son David Lee, granddaughter Angela Dawn, her sisters JoAnn and Lois, brothers Larry, Monte and Johnny, her mother and dad Edith and James, and a host of many other beloved family and friends who have passed on before us.

We celebrate her life and service to our family and to God and we rest in the knowledge that she is happy, young, and healthy again and we look forward to joining her one day in the future. We thank God for blessing us with such a beautiful and loving soul for all these years. She is forever in our hearts.

A graveside Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 12 th at Mayfield Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11 th from 1:00-8:00 p.m. at Matthews Funeral Home.
