Carol Irene Webb

Carol Irene Webb was born on October 31, 1940, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Roy Lee McKinley and Dorotha Irene “Bell” McKinley. She grew up attending Elementary School Sunnyside District 20 in a rural community, Southeast of Edmond, where she met her husband, Tom D Webb. She graduated from Edmond High School in 1959. She earned her cosmetology degree at Central State Beauty College. Tom and Carol were married on August 7, 1964, and raised a beautiful family with son Robert, born in 1965, and daughter Lisa, born in 1967. Carol demonstrated her gifted artistry in many ways. She became an award-winning porcelain painter and was a member of the World Organization of China Painters. She loved spending time with her family and nurtured all 5 grandchildren as they grew up. Carol loved books, board games, and movies, all of which allowed her to become incredibly close to her grandchildren. She was a dedicated follower of Christ, attending Faith Bible Church. She passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Dorotha “Dot” McKinley, brother Bryan “Bud” McKinley, and sister, Doris Pierce. She leaves behind her husband of 62 years, Tom Webb, her children, Robert and Luann Webb, Joe and Lisa Webb Johnson, grandchildren, Kelsey and Travis Chambers, Ashley Webb, Kinsey and Brandon Caso, Katie Johnson, and Kyle Johnson, and two great grandchildren Ember Caso and Ava Chambers, as well as a multitude of nieces and nephews. Carol was a brightly shining light and joy of her family, and their grief is eased by knowing she is returned to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Visitation will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 9th from 1:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery.
