Charmaine Michelle Brewer

Charmaine Michelle Brewer went to be with the Lord August 22 nd , 2021. Michelle was born June 29 th , 1970, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Odis Brewer and Jean Hopkins. Michelle always had a smile and loved her family. She had such a giving, pure and genuine soul if you needed it, she was providing.
Michelle attended Kentwood Public Schools in Elementary she spent her middle and high school journey in Blue Springs Missouri, Montreal, Canada, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ft. Myers and West Palm Beach, Florida and Germantown, Tennessee with cousins U.L and Sandra Washington, but she graduated high school from Atoka High in Atoka, Oklahoma.
Michelle gave birth to one child in February of 1993 named Rae'ven T. Holliman in Grand Rapids, Michigan whom she raised in Tulsa while attending Nursing school. Later moving to Paris, Texas where she taught Arts & Crafts and Computer Technology to the children at the Boys and Girls Club of America, moving to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she attended massage therapy school and worked for the city of OKC for 15 years.
Michelle will be remembered for her pure heart and willingness to help others and her never give up spirit.
She was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents, Sherman and Arvella Hopkins and Paternal Grandparents, Frank Brewer Jr., and her sister Crystal Latasha Brewer. Charmaine leaves many to cherish her memory: her daughter Rae'ven (OKC, OK), and Grandmother: Estella Brewer. As well as parents: Jean Hopkins (OKC, OK), Odis Brewer (Jeannette) (Hugo, OK), Sisters: Tracey Brewer (Hugo, OK) Crystal Brewer (Fate, TX), Roneshia Parker (Durham, NC). Along with brothers: Michael Bean (Ocean Springs, MS) Nieces: Tanesha, Allie, and Brylei, Nephews: Tre and Michael II, Great Nieces: Ta'Zyria, Great Nephews: Karson & Major and Khari; Special cousins: U.L. & Sandra Washington, Shawnte', Chris, Dawnyel, D'Kari, Daryen, Chris Jr. & Kingston, and numerous family and friends.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at the 4 th and Jackson Church of Christ (401 E. Jackson Street) in Hugo, Oklahoma.
