Cleo Allen Walter, Jr. 69, passed away April 13, 2016 in Edmond, Ok. Born August 10 1946 in Oklahoma City, OK to Cleo Walter Sr. and Elaine Rahn. He had a bachelor's degree from Central State College. Allen worked in many capacities for OG&E for over thirty years. He was married to Karen Walter for thirty nine years. In the early 80s he moved his young family to Woodward. He was a member of the Woodward Lions Club, Elks in Woodward and Edmond. After Allen retired he owned and operated a handyman's business for several years most recently he opened Sooner RV Park in Guthrie. Of all his interest and hobbies Allen was most passionate about his grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother John Walter.
Allen is survived by his two children, son Chad Walter and Daughter Cynthia Walter-Kostadinov, Sister, Kimalea Moore, grandchildren Ethan Walter and Olivia Stapp, Braden Walter, and Ryder Kostadinov, partner Beth Linthicum, and the mother of his children Karen Walter.
A memorial services is 2:00 p.m. Saturday April 16, 2016 at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel.
