Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Creek Assembly of God, Edmond, OK on Thursday, December 18, 2014.  Interment will follow at Gracelawn Cemetery.

Formal Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17th at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel.
