Dextrell Bernard Cooper passed away in Oklahoma City, OK, on May 26 ^th , 2015. He was born to Emma Upshaw and Mack Cooper, Jr. in Oklahoma City, OK, on December 8 ^th , 1966. Bernard was married to Pamela England on June 26 ^th , 1998, in Edmond, OK. They were happily married for 17 years.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UCO and currently was employed as a special projects manager at Love's Travel Stop.

Bernard loved all Football, however he was especially a true OU and Oakland Raiders fan at heart. His other passions were playing volleyball, fishing, and being with his friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Kay Cooper, his mother, Emma Upshaw, and his father, Mack Cooper, Jr., siblings, Don Cooper and Rita Fonteno, and many nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.

Services will be held on Saturday, May 30 ^th at 11:00 a.m. at Matthews Funeral Chapel at 601 S. Kelly in Edmond, OK. Interment will be at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond.

There will be a public viewing at Matthews Funeral Home from 12-8 p.m. on Friday, May 29 ^th .
