Ellie Lynn Brown passed away in the arms of her parents at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in Palo Alto, California after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage on September 9th, 2020.

Ellie was born on December 21st, 2019 to parents Tony and Sara Brown of Edmond, Oklahoma. Arriving 5 weeks premature at OU Medical Center, she was a fighter from the beginning. Ellie had 22q deletion syndrome causing Tetralogy of Fallot with near pulmonary atresia and MAPCAs, a severe and complex congenital heart defect. After a brief stay in the NICU, she spent five-and-a-half months at home and even traveled with her family. She enjoyed dancing with her daddy, early morning cuddles with her mom, and laughing at her older brothers. She received her first open heart surgery on June 12th, 2020 and spent the rest of her life in the CVICU with her mother, father, Nana, and a host of nurses, doctors, and nurse practitioners that loved her.

Ellie will be lovingly remembered by her mother and father, brothers Nate and Jack, Pa Gene and Nana Donna Brown of Dustin, Pop Dennis and Nana Sherry Yelton of Lawton, great grandmothers JoAnn Brown of Dustin, Rubye Eldridge of Henryetta, and Dorothy Hawkins of Oklahoma City, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by great grandparents Joe Brown, Tony Eldridge, Bill Hawkins, and Ray and Leola Yelton.

A memorial will be held outside on December 20th at Bickham-Rudkin Park, East 33rd Street and Rankin Terrace, Edmond, Oklahoma at 2 P.M.
