1933 – 2024

Elroes "Poppy" Bonner was born on April 22, 1933, to Ross and Eula Mae Bonner in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She had two brothers, Buddy and Buchskin. One sister, Alvene. She graduated from Classen High School in 1951.

She married Joe Hock on November, 1952. They had three daughters. First daughter, Pamela Dee Hock Dickinson and husband, Miles Dickinson. Pam's family, one son, Jason Dickinson and his wife Traci Morris Dickinson. They have two sons, Evan Miles Dickinson and Eli Ross Dickinson, all of Edmond.

Second daughter, Jayna Marie Hock Kinsel. Jayna's family, son, Trey Martin and his father, Bim Martin. Trey's wife Marriah and their sons Joe and Maddox.

Third daughter, Judith Ann Hock Conrady and husband Greg Conrady. Judiths family, they have five boys, Gregory Scot Conrady II, and his daughter Mallory Smith, Cale Conrady. Jacob Lawrence Conrady, Richard Tate Conrady, Cale Ryan Conrady – deceased. Colton Riley Conrady and his wife, Michelle Conrady. Their children, Bennett and Scotlyn Conrady.

Poppy worked at Western Oak Medical Center for Doctor Paul Barrett.

She earned her medical assistant degree.

Joe and Poppy moved to Touchmark Retirement Home in 2010. They enjoyed their final years with all the touchmark family.

A Celebration of Life will be Monday, July 15, 2024, at 10:30 am at Matthews Funeral Home Chapel.

The Family will receive friends on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Matthews Funeral Home from 9:30 to 10:30 AM for early reception.

They will have a private graveside service to follow.
