Evelyn Fay Spacek

Evelyn "Fay" Spacek passed away May 1, 2017 after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Warner J. Spacek, and one sister, Shirley Brown and husband Richard Brown. Numerous nephews and nieces residents of Oklahoma and California. Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home, 601 S. Kelly, Edmond, OK at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 with interment at Gracelawn cemetery Edmond, OK.
