Gary Lynn Gill was born February 26, 1944, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Sheldon Robert and Georgia Leigh Gill—who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife—Joann Adam Gill; sister—Sharon & Bill McLaughlin; brother—Terry & Rebecca Gill; sons—Mark Gill (Elaine); Steven and Renee Gill and grandchildren Harrison and Avery; step-son—Adam and Amy Felix and step-grandchildren Carson and Claire; and mother of sons Steven and Mark—Teresa Gill.

Gary graduated from W.R. Ray High School in Corpus Christi, Texas, in 1962 and attended Del Mar College. He began his reprographics career working at Ridgways in Corpus advancing to the Board over his 26 years there before buying their Oklahoma City store and Establishing Gill Reprographics Inc. in May 1987 wherein he was Owner and Chief Executive Officer at his time of passing. His company expanded into 11 locations currently from California to Atlanta.

Gary had a life-long passion for golf. He was on the golf team at Ray High School and became a scratch golfer winning numerous tournaments. He had 8 legal hole-in-ones. He enjoyed his Country Club memberships at Champions in Houston, Ridglea in Fort Worth, and Oak Tree National as well as Oak Tree Family side in Edmond. He made many memories with lots of great friends including PGA tour golfers. He enjoyed golfing and attending PGA tournaments around the country with Joann over their nearly 24 years together including their numerous trips to The Masters with family, friends and customers. His interests in other sports kept him busy gambling, betting horses, deep-sea fishing and camping out at NASCAR races.

Wake and Visitation is Thursday, July 18, from 6-8 pm at Matthews Funeral Home, 601 S Kelly Avenue, Edmond, OK 73003. Funeral Mass is 10 am Friday, July 19, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, 900 S Littler Avenue, Edmond, OK 73034.
