George E. Whipple, Jr. passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2012. He was born May 21, 1962 in Zeeland, Michigan. He served in the United States Army for 5 years. He received the Presidential Service Badge while working at the White House under Ronald Reagan.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Brestel) Whipple; parents George and Maxine Whipple, his sisters Vicki Mosher and Kathy Jo Hartger and his brother Roger Estelle and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held 10 am January 5, 2013, at Matthews Funeral home, 601 South Kelly, Edmond, Oklahoma.
