Gloria M. Mitchell, 86 of Edmond, Oklahoma was born October 4, 1926 in Brinkman, Oklahoma to Tom and Mildred Mae (Sudduth) Gammill. Gloria retired owning Mitchell and Associates Advertising Firm. Previously in her working career she had worked in the Oil and Steel Industry as well and the advertising field. Gloria was a Pink lady at Mercy Health Center and a Docent at the Western Heritage Museum.

She loved traveling and was an accomplished China Painter. She made quilts and did stained glass. But, most of all Gloria loved her dogs.

She passed away on September 15, 2013 in Edmond, Oklahoma. Her survivors include, her son and daughter in law, David and Pam Crossno of Arcadia, grand daughter, Melissa Billingsley and grandson, Thomas Rider Crossno of Purcell, great granddaughter, Eden Marie Crossno of Purcell.

She is also survived by her step grandchildren, Jason Bates of North Carolina, Johnna Moore and Jessica Hammer of Dibble, Okla. And her step great grandchildren, Jia Moore, Genevieve Moore and Jehrylyn Moore and Jacyee Hammer and Owen Bates. Gloria is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Norman.

Graveside services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 19, 2013 at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
