1936 – 2023
Gloria Mae (Brady) Prince was born on April 26, 1936, in Sayre, Oklahoma to Cecil Raymond and Faye (Madden) Brady. She passed away on December 29, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Gloria grew up in Yukon and graduated from Yukon High School in 1955. She married Russell Prince June 1, 1957, who proceeded her in death. Gloria spent her entire career at Standard Life Insurance Company. After retiring, she spent many years enjoying grandchildren. After her husband passed, she lived at the Villagio of Bradford Village in Edmond. Gloria's family would like to thank the staff and residents of Villagio for five fulfilling years of independent living, and Dr. Chris Martin for twenty-five plus years of exceptional care. She is survived by her two sons – Jeff (Glenda), and Phil (Tara), her brother, Alan Johnson (Ellen), her sister Alma, her four grandchildren, and her two great grandchildren.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Davenport Cemetery in Davenport, Oklahoma.
