Jeffrey “Jeff” Craig Tuller, Oklahoma City, OK went to be with his Lord and Savior while at home with family on January 23, 2026.
He was born in Jamestown, NY on December 6, 1946, to Sterl and Lenore (Lacy) Tuller. He grew up in Warren, Pennsylvania. He loved the small-town atmosphere of Warren and always cherished his lasting lifelong friendship with beloved friend David Carlson, Ashville, NY. He loved music and particularly enjoyed the drum & bugle corps competitions held there on July 4th. He spoke often of his wonderful experiences while singing and touring with the Pennsylvania Singing Boys Choir. He was especially proud of his baking skills that he learned from a young age while spending time with his beloved Grandmother Lacy.
He received his Associates degree from Jamestown Community College, Jamestown, NY, and his BA Business Administration degree from Benedictine College, Atchison, KS, while stationed at Ft Leavenworth.
He was a proud veteran serving in the U.S. Army obtaining the rank of Captain. He served in Vietnam as an artillery air observer in an aviation unit. It was at Fort Knox, Fort Sill and after retirement that Jeff found and fostered a lasting friendship with friend Paul Gross of St. Charles, MO. After his discharge from the military, he went on to form his own sales distributing company. After his retirement, he loved helping his church pastor in small task assignments until his health no longer allowed him the ability to serve.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Valerie (Larson) Tuller (formerly of Russell, PA), daughter Stephanie and husband Jon, son Mark, granddaughter Taylor and husband Zach, grandsons Peyton and Cameron, great grandson Landon, and great granddaughter Lakelynn. Also survived by his brother Gary and wife Dee, sister Carol and husband Audra, and sister Lorie and husband Kenny.
He was preceded by his parents and grandson Stephen.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the kind and caring staff and clinics who cared for him at the Oklahoma City Veterans Hospital, the loving staff from Trinity Hospice and lastly caregiver Joseph from Noval Senior Care without all whose loving, compassionate care we would have been unable to keep him in our home until his transition.
