1944-2015

Jimmy N. Baugh of Edmond, OK passed away April 8, 2015, in Oklahoma City at 70 years of age.  He was born in Morrison, OK, to George F. Baugh Jr. and Ruby N. (Eaton) Baugh.  He grew up on a farm along with his five brothers and sisters.

He attended school in Pawnee and later moved to Fairfax where he graduated and married his wife of 55 years, N. Revae (Rice) Baugh of Ralston, OK.  They had two children, Keith D. Baugh of Edmond, OK, and D. Scott Baugh of Plano, TX.  After graduation he served four years with the Oklahoma National Guard and later went to work for C.R. Anthony's for 30 years.  They joined the Methodist Church in Blackwell, OK.

He was a member of the Lions Club in Hutchinson, KS, and served on the board of the Hutchinson Community College DECCA.  Later he started a fire safety business in Oklahoma City and also owned and operated the Kickingbird Wine Shop for 15 years in Edmond.  After selling his business he enjoyed golfing, hunting, traveling, estate sales, and spending time with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents George F. Baugh and Ruby (Eaton) Baugh, his sister Frankie N. Brewer, sister Billie Baugh, and brother George J. Baugh.

He is survived by his wife, Revae Baugh of Edmond, sons Keith D. Baugh of Edmond and D. Scott Baugh of Plano, TX, sister Jackie F. Rutherford and brother Bobby A. Baugh of Ponca City, OK, grandson Garrett and his wife Lindsay, and great granddaughter Spencer Baugh of Fairland, OK, grandson Trent Baugh of Grove, OK, his uncle Ferrell Eaton and his wife Polly Eaton of Marland, OK, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 18, at 2:00 pm at Matthews Funeral Home in Edmond, OK, located at 601 South Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of Oklahoma or to the Alzheimers Association.
