Joe Paul Shoffstall 78 passed away on Tuesday, September 13 th in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Joe was born on May 11, 1938 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to CP and Ruth Shoffstall. He married Judy Yates on January 2, 1960 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He owned and operated Jetco Inc. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for 12 years until he retired. Joe and Judy enjoyed traveling and fishing. Joe was most known for his generosity and sense of humor.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Judy Shoffstall; son Don Shoffstall and wife Regina; daughter Traci McDaniel and husband Jim; four grandchildren, Brandon McDaniel and wife Ashley, Katelyn McGrath and husband Zac, Cassi Shoffstall and Joe Shoffstall; one great grandchild, Rutledge McGrath; sisters Memory Mendoza and Judy Hughes and husband Charles; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents CP and Ruth Shoffstall.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 16 th from 3:00 – 7:00pm at 2601 Jeannes Trail, Edmond, Oklahoma 73012.
