John Richard Hart

1946-2013

John Richard (JR) Hart was born to JL and Ruth Hart on June 12, 1946, as the youngest of four boys. He attended Northeast High School in Oklahoma City. JR served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He owned a commercial painting company through-out the last 25 years. He lost his battle with cancer on June 24, 2013 surrounded by the love of his family. JR is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his

wife of 32 years, Rebecca, of the home, his children Renee Lamberson of Oklahoma City; Jeannie Hart of Coleman, TX; Sabrina Newsom of Waxahatchi, TX; Melissa Kimbrough and husband Jim of Oklahoma City; Valerie Miller of Edmond; Mickie Smith and husband Michael of Oklahoma City; 13 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; his brothers, James Hart and wife Bobbi of Oklahoma City; Michael Hart and wife Susan of Oklahoma City; David Hart of Van Buren, AR; and 6 nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 1:00pm Thursday June 27, 2013 at the First Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
