Jonathan "Michael" Phillips, 33, was born on September 17, 1982 in Cameron, Texas. He passed away peacefully at home on July 16, 2016 in Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Richard Turpen and James Smith. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer of the home and children Zachary and Jaycee of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his mother Venita (Dennis) Smith, brothers Billy (Chenell) and Cody (Melissa), niece Ashtyn and nephews Austin and William. Also surviving are grandmothers Dorothy Turpen and Diane Smith. Mike attended Lake Travis High School and received his degree from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in 2004. Mike enjoyed life to the fullest and was a friend to all. Mike enjoyed playing video games with family and friends and off-roading in his 4×4 truck. He always put others before himself and had a heart of gold. A life gone too soon and will be forever loved and missed by all.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home Chapel in Austin, Texas.
