Joshua Allen Storm

June 13, 1993 — August 9, 2025

Edmond

Joshua Allen Storm was born June 13, 1993, in Bakersfield California to Crystal Manning and Kerry Allen Storm II. As the second of four brothers (Kerry Allan III, Austin, and Jason) in the household, his childhood stories were full of drama, rough housing, and “we knew we shouldn’t, but we did it anyways.”

In 2000, Josh and his family moved to Enid, OK and later Douglas, OK where he attended Covington-Douglas Public Schools. While in school, Josh would meet Kesley, his future wife. He never passed up an opportunity to tell people that he pursued her for three years.

After graduation, Josh began his career in the automotive industry as a technician. He worked hard and grew to be very successful in his field. He was respected by his peers and usually willing to lend a hand, but not without his signature sass (inherited from his momma) in tow.

Josh was a dedicated family man. Josh and Kesley were gifted with their first son Hayden in 2016. They were married the following year and rounded out their family with Liam in 2018. Josh loved his boys and loved spoiling them rotten. He passed his love of Pokémon and video games on to them. He also thoroughly enjoyed whooping them in whatever games they were playing.

Josh left this life on August 9, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his Uncle Jason Masterpietro. He is survived by his wife Kesley (McColgin) Storm and their children: Hayden Allen and Liam Ray; his parents Crystal Manning and Kerry Allen Storm II and his wife Heather (Terry); brother Kerry Allan Storm III and his wife Adahra (Shields-Beggs), brother Austin and his husband Bryan (Caldwell); brother Jason and his wife Allison (Riley); brother Senior Airman Ryan Storm; grandfather Kerry Storm and his wife Barbara; in-laws Blaine and Connie McColgin; brother-in-law Dakota McColgin; nieces and nephews Isabelle, Lyric, CK, Baker, Phoebe, Naomi, Jason Jay, Braxton, Hendrix, Shiloh, and Jackson.

Services will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Matthews Funeral Home Chapel in Edmond, OK.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the family GoFundMe to benefit Kesley, Hayden and Liam.
