Judy Joan Perry Phipps was born to Ed and Joan Perry of Lincoln, NE, June 23, 1956. Judy passed away April 27, 2014 surrounded by her adoring family. She was an inspiring teacher, a passionate artist, a Master Gardener, volunteer and above all, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Judy lived her life for the happiness of others and will be deeply missed by her husband Rand Phipps (Edmond, OK), her daughter Laura Phipps and husband Alex Abdo (Brooklyn, NY), her son Perry Phipps and wife Maggie Phipps (Dallas, TX) and daughter Emily Lyon and husband David Lyon and beloved grandchildren (Tulsa, OK). Her kind heart and generous spirit will also be missed by all of her family, friends and everyone else whose life she touched. LOA.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 2 ^nd at the Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist in Edmond, OK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hope Center of Edmond.
