Judy Elaine Saunders
October 19, 1952-February 2, 2014
Judy Elaine Saunders left for her heavenly home in glory on February 2nd, 2014. She was born in Merced, California October 19th, 1952. Most notably, she was a follower of Jesus Christ who put others before herself and was devoted to her family. Judy graduated from Southern Bible College in 1977 with a degree in Christian Education/Ministry. She worked in both California and Oklahoma in Special Education, with an emphasis on Sign Language. She faithfully served in church throughout the years in Music and Children's Ministries.
Judy is survived by her husband, Robert Saunders, of 31 years of marriage; her sons, Beau and Brian Saunders. Her brother: Billy Joe Nelson, and three sisters: Betty Brooks and Helen Broussard of Pahrump, NV, Sherri Parker of Boles, AR., and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents, Herman and Jennie Nelson and brothers' Ed and Steve Nelson.
