Karen Sue Goodnow
1943-2022
On Tuesday, January 25 , 20 22 , Sue Goodnow , loving wife, mother, and Mimi, passed away at age 7 8
Sue was bo0rn on June 21, 1943, in Lawton, OK to A.B. and Dorothy (Carothers) Livingston . She received her Bachelors of Science in English Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1965 and taught for many years in Oklahoma, Virginia, and Kansas. On January 20, 1968, she married Wilbur "Will" Lewis Goodnow Jr., and they eventually settled down in Edmond, OK where they raised their daughter, Katie.
Sue was preceded in death by her father A.B., mother Dorothy, and husband Will. She is survived by her daughter Katie and her husband Bradle y Starling, her five grandchildren, Kristopher, Rook, Matthew, Lula, and Estelle , her sister Patricia Livingston , as well as several cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
Funeral s ervice will be held on Monday, February 1, 2022, in the chapel at Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City at 2:00pm. A graveside service will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
