Lois Pauline Murray

Lois Pauline Murray, 92, went home to be with the Lord and loved ones on June 4 ^th . She was born Aug. 26, 1922, to Fannie and Bruce Gilbreath in Avilla, MO.

Pauline married William (Bill) on June 12, 1945, in Carthage, MO. She had been an active member of Methodist Churches in CA, Midwest City, and Oklahoma City for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband and her oldest daughter, Sharon Doak. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Murray of Edmond. The pride and treasures of her life were her family which also included two granddaughters: Julie Doak Jansen, her husband Brian and their six sons (Brandon, Matthew, David, Kevin, Andy, and Josiah); and Lisa Doak Rowland and her three sons (Hunter, Chase, and Alex). Pauline was a "stay at home" mom who enjoyed life, laughed a lot and was a fun-loving friend who was at her best when she was with other people. She was a wonderful hostess for family events, and a great cook and seamstress. She will be truly missed by her family.
