Mona Ruth Richardson

Mona Ruth Richardson, beloved daughter, wife and mother, was an only child born December 15,1932 to Carl and Pearl Spenner of Ringwood, Oklahoma. She grew up in Ringwood before attending college at Northwest Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. While there, she met and married Verlin Homer Richardson of Gage, Oklahoma in 1951. 

She spent most of her adult life in Edmond, Oklahoma. Mona was a faithful Christian and member of the Memorial Road Church of Christ. She and Verlin raised two daughters and a son. 

She is survived by her daughter Carla Kee of Tyler, Texas; her son Kent Richardson of Dublin, California; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, June 6th, 2026 at Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, Oklahoma.
