In Loving Memory of Nancy Louise (Leehan) Goldston
Nancy Louise Goldston, 73, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully, surrounded by love at her daughter’s home in Yukon, Oklahoma.
Though born in Edmond, Oklahoma, Nancy was raised in California, where she spent her youth making fond memories at the beach and running around with her close-knit "Center Street gang" of friends. She eventually returned to Oklahoma to raise her own family and build a beautiful legacy. From her earliest days, Nancy wanted nothing more than to be a mother. She achieved that dream entirely, giving her whole heart to raising her daughters, Michelle and Tracey.
Nancy was a wonderfully sassy, stubborn, and deeply caring woman. Equipped with a great sense of humor, she brought laughter to those around her, while remaining remarkably strong and calm in almost any situation life threw her way. Above all, Nancy was fiercely loyal; she would do absolutely anything for the people she held close to her heart.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Betty Leehan; her beloved husband, Jim Goldston; and most recently, her sister, Cathy Leehan.
Her legacy of love, strength, and humor will be carried on by her surviving family, including her daughters, Michelle Wagner and her husband Dan, and Tracey Marler and her husband Eric; her cherished grandchildren, Hailey and Gavin Marler, his son, great-grandson Jayden; her stepdaughters, Amy Goldston and granddaughter Ellie; Tara Marcoux and her husband Paul and their children, granddaughter Emma and grandson Alex; her brother, Steve Leehan; nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Nancy was a woman of quiet, steadfast generosity. Even when finances were tight, she donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital monthly without fail. To honor her spirit, the family will carry on this tradition.
In lieu of flowers, they kindly request that donations be made to St. Jude in Nancy’s honor.
There will be a formal reception held for Nancy on October 21, 2026 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Matthews Funeral Home.
