Patricia Lynn Kliewer

March 8, 1956 — April 19, 2026

Edmond

Patricia Lynn (Bogle) Kliewer, 70, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2026, with her children at her side. Born in Amarillo, Texas, and raised in Hollis, Oklahoma, Patricia grew up in a close‑knit home as one of eight siblings. She graduated from Arnett High School and later earned her degree in Elementary and Special Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Among her many gifts, her greatest was being a loving mother to Kristin, Nathan, and Brian, whose lives were shaped by her steady encouragement and boundless love.

For more than 36 years, she devoted her life to teaching in Oklahoma schools. Her classroom was a place of safety, encouragement, and possibility—where every child knew they had someone who believed in them.

After retiring, Patricia traveled widely, making homes in Kansas, Texas, and Alaska. She loved gardening, exploring new places, and gathering with friends and family. Above all, she treasured time with her grandchildren. As “Nana,” she created magic in the everyday—bedtime songs, card games, sideline cheers, and quiet conversations that made each child feel extraordinary.

Patricia’s life was defined not by possessions but by love, resilience, and grace. She faced every challenge with quiet courage and gave generously of her heart. Her deep love for the Lord guided her steps, shaped her kindness, and gave her a steady peace that she carried throughout her life. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who knew her.

Patricia is preceded in death by her father T.J. and mother Mary; her sibling Richard Bogle, sisters-in-law Marsha Bogle and Katrina Bogle; and her nephews Casey Bogle, Coby Bogle, and Dusty Bogle and former spouse Chris Kliewer.

Patricia is survived by her children and their spouses, Kristin and Jesse Benne of Edmond, OK; Nathan and Taylor Kliewer of Newcastle, OK; Brian and Rachael Kliewer of Oklahoma City, OK; Grandchildren, Max and Emma Benne, Brayden Kliewer, and Cohen and Caroline Kliewer. Siblings and their spouses, Terry Bogle of Hollis, OK, Joanna Bogle of Wichita Falls, TX, T.J. and Sandra Bogle of Katy, TX, Ken and Cynthia Bogle of Bixby, OK, Pam and Gil Mitchell of Magnolia, TX, Mike and Karen Bogle of Edmond, OK, and Carol and Tim Patton of Owasso, OK; along with many nieces and nephews.
