Priscilla Alley was born Priscilla Ann Holsey on June 8, 1955 in Hobbs, NM to William and Layvonne Holsey. She spent her childhood in El Dorado, TX and attended college at Lubbock Christian College in Lubbock, TX. While at Lubbock Christian she married Anthony Alley, who would be her husband until his death in 2008.

Priscilla spent her life working with children as a child care teacher, director, and executive director. Her love for young children and their development led her to earn a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of Central Oklahoma, and to become a recognized expert in the field.

She and her family traveled extensively, living in South Carolina, Texas, and Alabama, as well as abroad in both Germany and England. She visited The Netherlands, France, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and France at various times throughout her life.

Priscilla devoted her life to God, and was a dedicated member of the Edmond Church of Christ until her passing. She believed in the love of God, and showed that love to others through her constant desire to help those in need.

Priscilla is proceeded in death by her mother and father, William and Layvonne Holsey, and by her husband Anthony Alley. She is survived by her children, Ryan and Elise, and by her siblings Donald, Brian, Larry, Zach, and Cindy.

Services will be held at the Edmond Church of Christ, 801 S Bryant Ave, Edmond, OK 73034 at 1pm Friday December 12 th , 2018. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Tony Alley Memorial Scholarship Fund at Oklahoma Christian University. Checks should be made out to Oklahoma Christian University, with the memo line stating that it is for the Tony Alley Memorial Scholarship in Memorial of Priscilla Alley.
