Ramona Gayle Arnold
1944-2019
Ramona Gayle Arnold-Skarky was born on August 4, 1944 in Duncan, OK. She passed away on July 14, 2019 with her family by her side.
Ramona had over 15 years of service and retired as a Lieutenant from the Seminole Police Department.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Skarky; her son Donnie Anthony; her daughter, Rebecca DeYoung; her step-daughter, Jill Skarky; her grandsons: Jason Anthony and Richard Anthony; her granddaughters: Dara Chessar, Katy Williams and Madison Key; great grandchildren, Roman Anthony, Brandon Anthony, Locke Anthony and Gunner Williams, as well as many family and friends who loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, (OKCPD/HWY. Pat. Comm.) Wayne and Grace Lawson; her sister, Fran Niall; her brother, Eddie Lawton and her son, JW Anthony.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 22 at New Covenant United Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m., 2700 S. Boulevard, Edmond, OK
Family will receive friends Sunday, July 21, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Matthews Funeral Home in Edmond.
