Randall K. Lovett
August 8, 1950 – March 25, 2017
Randall Lovett, 66 passed away peacefully at home on March 25, 2017 after a battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his wife and children. Randy was born August 8, 1950 in Holdenville Oklahoma to Hobart and JoAnn Lovett who preceded him in death.
Randy was a passionate man who loved God, his family and OU football. Randy never met a stranger and loved the opportunity to make new friends. He would give anyone in need the shirt off his back even if he did not have it to give.
Randy was extremely loving and proud of his wife Cindy of the home and four children, Jeffrey Lovett and wife Amanda of Muscat, Oman, Kim Grant and husband Kyle of Yukon, Ok, Kevin Lovett and wife Ashley of Houston, TX, and Lori Foster and husband Joel of Edmond, Ok and eight grandchildren Aiden, Cooper, Liam, Carson, Joycelynn, Cohen, Adriana and Anderson. He is also survived by his siblings Gerald, Vicki, Dana and Lisa and their spouses; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends.
The family will receive friends on, Tuesday March 28, 2017 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Matthews Funeral home in Edmond. Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on March 29, 2017 at 9:00 am followed by a graveside service in Elgin, Oklahoma at the Fort Sill National Cemetery.
