Rebecca Jo Medeiros

June 13, 1966 — April 27, 2026

Oklahoma City

Rebecca Jo Medeiros, 59, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2026, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born on June 13, 1966, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and was adopted by James D. Hall and Greta G. Hall.

Becky was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished friend, and the kind of person whose laughter could instantly lighten a room. She lived a life defined by care for others, loyalty to her family, and a sense of humor that never failed to make those around her smile.

Upon graduating from Edmond Memorial High School, Becky earned her associate degree from Rose State College and later pursued nursing, a dream rooted in her natural compassion and desire to help others. While life took a different path when she was blessed with four boys—who became the center of her world—her calling to healthcare never left her. She spent more than 20 years working alongside physicians, ultimately finding her professional home at INTEGRIS Health. There, Becky dedicated nearly a decade of service, first in the Emergency Department in Edmond and later in the Access Center in Oklahoma City. She often joked that, even though she never became a nurse, her years in the medical field earned her a medical degree all her own—and anyone who knew her knew there was truth behind the humor.

Above all else, Becky cherished time with her family and friends. She loved gathering around a table for card games—especially Hand and Foot—and never missed a chance to laugh, tease, or share a story. She delighted in talking about her incredible luck at the casino, a topic that always brought a smile to her face and those listening.

In January of 2025, Becky took what would become her final trip, traveling with her husband and close friends to Hawaii. While there, she reunited with family, stood at the ocean’s edge, and swam in the beautiful island waters—embracing the joy, peace, and adventure she carried throughout her life.

Becky will be remembered for her kindness, her dedication, her infectious laughter, and the deep love she had for those closest to her. Her presence was a gift, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Brian Medeiros; her children, Nelson Medeiros (Courtni), Zachary Medeiros (Amber), Luke Medeiros and Peyton Medeiros; and her grandchildren, Remi, Ace, Gunnar, and Gatlin. She is also survived by her brother Jim Hall and sister, Leanne Lillard. She was preceded in death by her parents James D. Hall and Greta G. Hall.
