Rickey Leroy Randolph

December 24, 1956 — November 19, 2025

Edmond

Rickey Leroy Randolph, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on December 24, 1956, Rickey was raised with deep love by his parents in Edmond, Oklahoma—a community he cherished and called home throughout his entire life.

A graduate of Memorial High School, Rickey went on to build a remarkable legacy as the owner of Randolph Automotive, a business he dedicated more than 40 years to growing with integrity, skill, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. His customers knew him not only as a talented mechanic and businessman, but as someone who genuinely cared.

Rickey’s interests were a big part of who he was. He loved all things Sasquatch, enjoyed being outdoors, and was a loyal Thunder basketball fan. Halloween was his favorite holiday. Music was a reflection of his life and he enjoyed playing guitar.

Those who knew him remember a man who was endlessly selfless, deeply compassionate, and effortlessly laid-back. He had the rare ability to teach patiently, laugh easily, and love unconditionally. As a husband, father, and grandfather, he was nothing short of extraordinary. As a friend, he was - without question - “a damn good and genuine one.”

Rickey was preceded in death by his parents, Howard “Buster” and Allene Randolph, his sister Billeye Medlock, and his brother Tony Randolph.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Randolph; his son Cody and his wife Desirae Randolph, and their daughter Tayten Grable. He is also survived by Cindy’s children - son Trent McIlwraith, daughters Lauren McIlwraith, Ashton and her husband Devin Bond, and Madison Motil. Additional survivors include his niece Shelleye and her husband John Miller, and their daughter Lauren Smith, all of whom loved Rickey dearly.

Rickey’s warmth, humor, patience, and genuine heart touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he brightened, the music he loved, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
