Ronald Lynn Raisley was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, to Orville and Thelma (Pflugh) Raisley. Ron graduated from Clarion-Limestone High School in 1968 and then proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, Ron built a life centered on perseverance and dedication. He pursued higher education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-America Bible College in 1991 and later received a Master of Education in Gerontology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Throughout his career, he worked as a coal miner, chaplain, and repairman touching the lives of many people along the way.

Ron is survived by his loving wife, Pam Raisley of 18 years; siblings, Nancy Ganoe, Betty Siegel, Joyce Renninger, Dennis Raisley (partner Kevin), and Kelly Matthews. Ron is also survived by his daughter, Karena Graves (wife Elena); daughter-in-law, Wanda Raisley; and cherished granddaughters, Madelaine Raisley and Lillian Raisley. Additionally, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Thelma Raisley, and beloved son, Brent Raisley.

Ron will be remembered for his strength, faith, dedication to his family, and his willingness to serve others. His life was marked by resilience, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around him.

Though he is no longer with us, his memory, and the impact he made on so many lives will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Services will be on Friday, June 12, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Edmond's First Baptist Church, 1300 E 33rd St, Edmond, OK 73013.
