Sherry Kae Davis
March 28, 1963-October 11, 2014
Sherry was born in Seward, NE, the daughter of Richard and Joan Dickey and sister of Rick, Bryan and Mike Dickey. Sherry will be joining hands with her sister, Roxanne Dickey.
Sherry grew up in Lincoln, NE and attended Southeast High School and Metropolitan Community College where she earned her Commercial Art Degree and became an esteemed artist.
In 1982, she married "Her Man", Richard C. Davis, with whom she raised 3 stunning children: Jessica, Richard, and Kimberly. They resided in Plattsmouth, NE where she enjoyed family camping trips, remodeling, and expressing her artistic abilities. In 2003, Rick and Sherry relocated to Oklahoma. In 2013, Rick and Sherry fulfilled their lifelong dream of owning a lake front property on Lake Eufaula of McAlester, OK.
She is survived by her man of 32 years, Rick Davis, daughter Jessica K. Keller and husband Matt with children Aleecya, Katelyn, and Brianna, son Richard J. Davis and wife Amanda with children Aiden and Penelope, daughter Kimberly A. Davidson and husband David with children Faith, Maiya, Braeden, Maleah, and Alexis, parents Richard and Joan Dickey, siblings Rick and Marcia Dickey, Bryan and Betty Dickey, and Mike and Andrea Dickey, beloved in-laws Jerome and Henrietta; Matt, John, Tim and Lea Davis, and many nieces and nephews, and her children after children, dogs Meka, Aken, Sukee, and Bear Bear Von Davis.
She is preceded in death by sister Roxanne D. Dickey and brother in-law Daniel A. Davis.
