Terry Nelson Stevens, 60, of Edmond, OK, passed away June 27, 2013. He was born on January 15, 1953 in Okemah, OK to Herbert and Ida Mae Stevens. Terry married Kathy Midkiff Hutchison July 31, 1993 in Edmond, OK. Terry is survived by his wife, Kathy Stevens of Edmond, OK; three sons Jeremy Stevens and wife Jenni of Edmond, OK, Adam Hutchison and wife Jessica of Edmond, OK, Mark Hutchison of Oklahoma City, one grandson Kale, grandson on the way Braxton, brother Steve and wife Marilyn of Rio Rancho, NM, sister in law Kelley Cheek of Edmond and nephew Michael Mayes of Weatherford, TX.

Memorial Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on Saturday, June 29 ^th at 10:00 a.m.
