1981-2019
Tia Teneka White was born August 30, 1981 in Monroe, Louisiana to Shirley White and Richard Doyle. Tia passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on May 2, 2019, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Tia enjoyed church, laughing, joking, traveling, family, and most of all her kids.
Tia leaves to cherish her memories her loving mother Shirley White of Edmond, OK; father Richard Doyle of Monroe, LA; a daughter Iylana White; a son Montaz Jones III; a brother Morris M. White; uncles: Charles N. Heckard of Monroe, LA, Morris White of St. Louis, MO, and James White of Baton Rouge, LA; Aunts: Eloise Williams of Dallas, TX, Odessa White of Winnsboro, LA, Diane White Mitchell of St. Louis, MO, Olla Mae Coleman of Monroe, LA, and a host of cousins and friends.
A reception will be held at Matthews Funeral Home on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Tia will be laid to rest at Morning Star/Pleasant Star Cemetery in Fort Necessity, Louisiana.
