Toni Sue Schuster

d. December 22, 2022

1956-2022

Toni S. Schuster was born on January 11 th , 1956, in Kirksville, Missouri to Billie D. and Margaret Simler. She passed peacefully from this life on December 22 nd , 2022, at the age of 66. She was preceded in death by her mother Margaret in 2019. Toni is survived by her father Billie D. Simler of Kansas City, Missouri, her brother Danny Simler of Apex, North Carolina, her sister Cathy Simler of Kansas City, Missouri, her husband Frank of Edmond, Oklahoma, and her two children, Emily Cox and Parker Cox of Edmond. In addition, her step-children Ashley Thompson and her husband Matt and daughter Macie; Billy Schuster and his son Jonathan; and Steven Schuster and his wife Cassidy and daughter Scotleigh.

Toni was a very multi-talented woman who used those talents in a variety of ways and careers, but most of all she loved her children and family. She was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone, any time.

Just a few of her accomplishments while living in Edmond were serving on the 4 th of July committee and being an officer for the Edmond Board of Realtors. She had a successful career as a real estate agent working with both Keller Williams Central and Remax Associates. Recently, after she had retired, her dear friends at Oklahoma Ciry Abstract allowed her to work part time in their Edmond office and she enjoyed seeing all of the people that she had worked with and grown to know over the years.

But one of her true loves, and where she made so many friends both young and old, was being a co-owner of the Rockin Roller Rink in Edmond. She gave many of the local kids their first job there and they still remember those times today and would share the "I remember when" stories.

Toni was also a lover of all animals, big or small, but especially her kitty cats! In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family would recommend making a donation to the Free To Live Foundation at https://freetoliveok.org/donate in her honor.

Toni had the smile and personality that endeared her to all she met. She would light up any room she entered and was always willing to listen and provide support or comfort as it was needed. Toni had so many great friends because she was a great friend.

As she requested, Toni's earthy body will be cremated. She won't be needing it anymore as she now has her Heavenly wings that she will spread over all who loved her. Arrangements will be made for a Celebration of Life in her honor at some point in the future and will make those details available.

While she had many quotes and sayings that she loved to use, one of her favorites was "Cherish each precious day." There is an old saying that the difference between living and dying is that everyone is going to eventually die, but not everyone truly lives. Toni would like you to know that she lived her life to the fullest.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on January 21st at Rosebriar Place, 11900 N Council Road, Oklahoma City from 4-7 with horderves, a picture video of memories and a cash bar.
