William Riley Frisbie Jenks, known to all as Riley, passed away on April 2, 2026, in Oklahoma City, surrounded by the love of family and the legacy of a life well lived.
Riley was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Sally, and a proud father to Sheryl Meeuwsen, Tracy Meeuwsen, and Meggan Jenks. He was a cherished grandfather to Shaun Batson and Alex Povilonis, a beloved brother to Dana Gsell, and a lifelong best friend to Michael Rush (Kathy). He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Jenks, mother Berta Allen, and stepfather Wendall Allen. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends.
For more than 40 years, Riley dedicated his career to Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City, where his work was his passion. He genuinely loved working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, taking pride in the craftsmanship, precision, and care each one required, always approaching his work with a deep commitment to excellence. His knowledge and dedication earned him the respect of colleagues and customers alike, many of whom trusted him not only as a technician but as a friend.
Beyond his work, Riley’s greatest impact was on the people he invested in. He mentored others with intention, built lasting relationships, and treated everyone with respect and authenticity. His life was defined by kindness, integrity, and a steady presence that left people better than he found them.
Riley leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and integrity that will continue to live on through his family and all who knew him.
